Reservations
Your spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please make reservations in advance to ensure availability by calling us at: 770.649.9555
A credit card is required to reserve appointment for more than one appointment in the same day, Example 2 or more people in the same party scheduling appointments together or 1 person scheduling multiple treatments in the same day. So please have your information ready when calling in order to for us to help you most efficiently.
- We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express
- We reserves the right to refuse service, without a refund, for inappropriate actions or use of language.
- We ask that you keep your conversation volume low and refrain from the use of cell phones/pagers while in the spa area so you and others can enjoy a peaceful experience.
- Although we love children, please do not bring them with you unless they are receiving Treatments at the spa and accompanied by an adult at those Treatments.
- We are not responsible for lost items. When removing jewerly please place it securely in your purse or pocket of your personal clothing.
Cancellations
- Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full for your scheduled Treatments.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- In order to receive the full spa experience, it is best that you arrive on time as we will be unable to extend your service time. We will hold your appointment for 10 minutes, after which, we may give it away. You are still obligated to pay for the original service and time scheduled.
